We ride before the world wakes up. A community of cyclists and runners committed to early mornings, high pace, and each other.

What is NoBreakfast?
"Before the noise, before the emails, before the daily grind — there is silence, motion, and intention."

NoBreakfast is not a traditional club with membership fees and committee meetings. It's a movement. A community of cyclists and runners who choose to invest the first hours of the day in themselves, their bodies, and each other.

We set off at 6:30 AM. No registration. No fuss. Just show up, clip in, and go. Home, showered, and ready for work by 8:30.
